To sustain positive and productive painting crew members, we train each worker in safety protocol, skilled craft instruction, and environmentally conscious practices to integrate into their work days. Maintaining clearly defined roles of each painter helper, journeyman painter, and lead painter supports healthy interdependence and accountability of each team member to their crew. We strive to keep clear communication flowing within the team and with each customer, to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.

Every painting job is unique; however Flying Jewel Painting has honed our process and methods to deliver the best results with every added detail. Over the years, we have developed a reputation based on full transparency and detailed planning.

We take great pride in working closely with our clients from start to finish. From color consultation and scheduling, to maintaining clean working conditions & managing work order changes, FJP keeps the client informed throughout the process.

Understanding weather conditions is important to the painting process in the Pacific Northwest! The greater Seattle area can present some tricky weather scenarios. From the hot-to-cool days of spring, scorching summer days, or the damp mornings of fall; we understand exactly what paints and finishing techniques will stand up to the greater Northwest weather conditions for years to come.

We are committed to delivering excellent customer service and an outstanding finished product for all clients. FJP minimizes the disruption to the premise and the people sharing the space while we paint. Our crews choose a designated space to keep and maintain a shop on site. At the end of each day, the jobsite will be re-organized, secured and covered for minimal disturbance. FJP will take good care to leave the premises neat and orderly upon job completion.
